School Trips to the South West
The South West of England is a fabulous area to visit. The cities of Bath and Bristol offer a wealth of learning opportunities with first class museums and attraction. Devon and Dorset, famous for its Jurrassic Coastline, is a great location for a geography field trip. This region is known for its rich folklore, as well as its traditions and customs. The legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the round table is based at Tintagel Castle in Cornwall. Cornwall has its own language, Cornish. Cornish is a Celtic language spoken mainly in Cornwall as Kernow and there are an estimated 3,000 speakers today.
